お福の形をした古伊万里の香炉です。
縁起物で招福開運や豊穣、夫婦円満の神様としてて扱われ、絵付けや置き物として使用されました。
その中でも香炉として作られたのはとても珍しいです。
白い器面を生かした表情はとても柔らかく豊かな表情で綺麗に化粧がされます。
髪飾りは割れそうなくらい薄く、着物はシワや帯の紐まで細かく凹凸がつけられます。
着物には金蘭と色絵で鮮やかに、青海波、もみじ、桜、川などがバランスよく描かれます。
手に持った巾着まで模様を変えられるほど豪華な作りです。

This is an Old Imari incense burner in the shape of an Ofuku (lucky charm).
It is treated as a lucky charm and is believed to bring good fortune, fertility, and marital harmony, and was painted or used as a decorative item.
Of these, those made as incense burners are extremely rare.
The expression that makes the most of the white surface of the vessel is very soft and rich, and it is beautifully made up.
The kimono is detailed with wrinkles and even the obi strings are intricately textured, and designs of Seigaiha, maple leaves, cherry blossoms, rivers and more are vividly painted in gold and color.
It is so intricately made that even the pattern on the hanging drawstring bag can be changed.
