汝官窯青磁龍耳花口瓶 – Ru ware Bottle

33.5cmと大ぶりな瓶でとても汝窯らしい特徴的な形状です。
高く台座のような高台に胴は下膨れ、口は花の蕾のような形です。
頸には双耳が備わり、珍しい形状ですがおそらくは龍か鳳凰を模ったものです。
底には「官」の銘があり、これは官窯であったことの印と考えらえます。
汝窯としては大きめの目跡があることから比較的初期に作られたものと考えれらます。
全体には汝窯特有の失透性の青磁釉がかかり、雨上がりの水分を含んだような空の色に例え、「雨過天青（うかてんせい）」と言われます。
ところどころには小さな丸い孔があり、これはケロイドと呼ばれ、汝窯では度々見られる現象です。

This large 33.5cm vase has a very distinctive shape typical of Ru ware.
It has a high, pedestal-like base, a bulging body, and a rim shaped like a flower bud.
The neck has double handles, an unusual shape, but likely modeled after a dragon or phoenix.
The bottom bears the mark “官(Guan)” which is thought to indicate it was made in an official kiln.
The relatively large firing stone marks suggest it was made in the early stages of Ru ware production.
The entire piece is covered in the opaque celadon glaze characteristic of Ru ware, which can be likened to the color of a sky dampened with rain.
There are small, round holes in places, known as keloids, a phenomenon frequently seen in Ru ware.
