盤のような板状の口、細長い首、肩は角張った形、胴は筒状で底面は平らです。
このような形のものを「盤口折肩瓶（ばんこうせっけんへい）」と呼びます。
汝窯の盤口折肩瓶は珍しく、中国河南文物考古学研究所に似た形状のものがございます。
他に近い形状のもので台北の故宮博物館に「紙槌瓶」というものがありますが、そちらは首は同じ形ですが、口が板のような形ではありません。
口を盤状に真っ直ぐ横方向に綺麗に伸ばすのは難しく、焼成段階などで重力で下方向に曲がる可能性があります。
この品の精度がいかに高いものかがわかります。
釉薬は底部まで全体に施されており、天青釉と呼ばれる、雨上がりの水分を含んだような少し灰色を帯びた薄い水色がとても美しいです。
貫入も全体に細かく入っており、きれいなガラス質が見えます。
肩のあたりには水色の斑点が浮かんでおり、これも汝窯の特徴と言えるでしょう。
全体に施釉をし浮かせて焼成をしていた汝窯の特徴として、底面には針目跡、支釘痕が５点ございます。
これぞ汝窯青磁と言える、淡い青磁色と精度の高い形成による美しい瓶です。

This vase has a plate-like mouth, slim neck, anglar shoulder, tubular body, and a flat base.
There is a similar shape called “mallet vases” in the National Palace Museum in Taipei, but the mouth is not shaped like a plate.
It is difficult to straighten the mouth sideways like a plate, and gravity can bend it downwards.
You can see the high accuracy of this product.
The glaze is applied to the bottom, and the slightly grayish sky-blue is very beautiful.
The glaze crack is also fine throughout, and you can see the transparent glass quality.
Blue spots are floating around the shoulders, which is also a characteristic of Ru ware.
To prevent the glaze on the bottom from adhering, the support is placed on top and fired. As a feature of Ru ware, there are 5 support nail marks on the bottom.
A beautiful bottle that is typical of Ru ware due to its pale celadon color and highly accurate formation.
