龍泉窯 青磁鳳凰耳瓶 – Longquan Vase Phoenix

砧（布を叩く道具）の形を基本とし、盤のように開いた口、緩やかに角張った肩、そして頸の左右に鳳凰の耳が付けられます。
この形は龍泉窯の中でも特に有名で鳳凰耳瓶と称されます。
その中でもこの品は特に美しく、鳳凰耳は品よく膨らみを持ち、毛並みや表情の筋が綺麗に付けら白く透けて綺麗です。
形も均整が取れており、上から見た真円がとても美しく、高台も綺麗に削られます。
きめの細かい薄い灰色の土に、南宋龍泉窯らしいやや乳白した淡い粉青色の青磁釉が全体に厚くかけられます。
このような釉調は日本では「砧青磁（きぬたせいじ）」と呼ばれ、珍重されました。
まっすぐな部分はほとんどなく、全体的に緩やかな曲線で構成されているのが龍泉窯の鳳凰耳瓶の特徴と言えます。

This piece is particularly beautiful, with the phoenix ears elegantly full and the fur and facial lines nicely attached, and a beautiful, translucent white.
The shape is well-balanced, and the perfect circle viewed from above is beautiful, with the bottom also nicely carved.
The fine-grained light gray clay is covered all over with a thick layer of pale milky powder blue celadon glaze, typical of the Southern Song Longquan ware.
This type of glaze is called “kinuta celadon” in Japan and was highly prized.
A distinctive feature of phoenix ear vases from Longquan kilns is that there are almost no straight sections, and the overall composition is made up of gentle curves.
